Each month, guests will discover a newly revealed specials menu inspired by a featured era, paired with a keepsake coaster showcasing a signature cocktail of the decade. From the glamour of early New York society to the bold reinvention of modern Manhattan, every selection is designed to evoke the flavors, stories, and style of the time.

March: 1940s - Hollywood Glamour 

The 1940s brought a spirit of resilience and togetherness, shaped by wartime rationing and homefront ingenuity. Dining became practical yet meaningful—victory gardens, shared suppers, and community gatherings turning simple meals into acts of comfort. At the same time, Hollywood offered shimmering escape: silver-screen glamour, supper clubs, and candlelit cocktail lounges where elegance endured even in uncertain times.
