Drinking (and eating) responsibly has a completely different meaning at The Barclay. The Parlour uses freshly picked herbs from The Barclay rooftop garden, which are incorporated into the restaurant's food and beverage offerings. Our rooftop garden houses 6 hives of Carniola Honey Bees producing over 200 lbs. honey a year! Urban beekeeper Andrew Cote from ‘Andrew’s honey’ take care of our bees year-round.

All our suppliers are located within 350 mile range of New York City.
