Each month, guests will discover a newly revealed specials menu inspired by a featured era, paired with a keepsake coaster showcasing a signature cocktail of the decade. From the glamour of early New York society to the bold reinvention of modern Manhattan, every selection is designed to evoke the flavors, stories, and style of the time.

February: 1930s - Post-Prohibition Revival

The 1930s ushered in a more restrained kind of glamour—shaped by the Great Depression, yet brightened by escapism and Art Deco style. Dining became quieter and more refined, with supper clubs, hotel lounges, and radio-era entertainment offering comfort and sophistication. Cocktails moved from hush-hush novelty to polished ritual, as people sought small luxuries and elegant nights out in uncertain times.
