One Times Square will serve as the live broadcast stage for the nation to watch and celebrate as we mark midnight across America. The Giving 4th Broadcast Benefit Show at One Times Square will bring together performers, nonprofits, corporations, and communities across the country to drive charitable donations, turning the moment of celebrating our nation’s 250th into an enduring movement of impact. The livestream broadcast event will build into a July 4 show from Los Angeles, creating a continuous, coast-to-coast celebration and call to give.

The iconic New Year's Eve Ball will drop at midnight for the first time not for the New Year to commemorate the 250th anniversary of America.

Note: There will be no public viewing area in the plazas or streets of Times Square for this event, and the event will not be visible outside of the building.
