This Thanksgiving, New York City celebrates a remarkable milestone as the Thanksgiving Day Parade marks its 100th year, alongside The Barclay’s own Centennial celebration. Each Thanksgiving morning, the streets of Manhattan come alive with vibrant floats, towering balloons, and world-class performers, carrying one of the city’s most cherished traditions from the Upper West Side to Herald Square.

As two New York icons celebrate a century of history, the occasion takes on even greater meaning, bringing together generations of tradition, community, gratitude, and holiday magic in the heart of Manhattan.
