• IHG Way of Clean: developed in 2015 in partnership with Ecolab and Diversey, this program has been expanded with additional COVID-19 protocols and best practices by working closely with the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic.

IHG Clean Promise: Good isn't good enough - we're committed to high levels of cleanliness. That means clean, well-maintained, clutter-free rooms that meet our standards. If this isn't what you find when you check in, then we promise to make it right.

• According to CDC guidance, in areas of substantial or high Covid transmission, guests are encouraged to wear face coverings in all indoor areas, regardless of vaccination status.

• Social distancing at check-in with partition between our agents and guests with 6-feet markers on the floor for spacing.

• Our team members abide by all health and safety guidelines and adhere to new industry standards.

• Hand sanitizer stations are placed throughout public spaces and meeting room floors, along with product availability in-room. 

• High-touch public spaces (lobby, elevators, bathrooms, meeting space, etc.) will have increased frequency of our normal cleaning schedule per day and during peak times.

• Higher air quality control will be monitored with increased air filter replacements and cleaning.

• Superior cleaning products with a greater concentration of bacteria-killing ingredients (per CDC guidelines) are used in all guestrooms and public spaces to ensure we are exceeding cleanliness standards.

The Parlour is now open daily for evening service. We will follow the below practices: 

  • Our restaurant and bar The Parlour has reduced its capacity, allowing greater distances between tables.
  • Digital menus are readily available on your own device, with a scan of our QR code.

Meet with Confidence

Meetings & Events

  • IHG presents Meet with Confidence to provide safe and creative event packages with modified meeting room capacities, custom seating diagrams, technology solutions and physical distancing guidelines.
  • Banquet and Catering meals will be pre-packaged, plated or buffet with an attendant required. Self-service will be temporarily suspended.


The StayClean Certificate of Accreditation is provided to hotels who display their commitment and attainment of the high

standards of infection prevention and control, to prevent the spread of COVID in the property.
