VACCINATION UPDATE (as of 03/07/22): The City has suspended the Key to NYC program, therefore vaccination proof for our restaurant/bar, fitness center and event space is currently not required.

The Parlour is open daily as outlined below:

All-Day Bites 11:30am - 10:30pm 

Bar 12:00pm - 11:30pm

Club InterContinental®

Club InterContinental® combines personal service and exclusive privileges to make your stay extra special. Inquire at Front Desk to unlock your elevated club experience or email barclayres@ihg.com to add club access to an existing or new reservation. 

Concierge

Our Concierge desk is located to the left of reception in our guest relations lounge. 

Concierge services are available Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00am to 7:00pm. Requests outside of the desk hours can be directed to our concierge email - thebarclay.concierge@ihg.com.

24-Hour Access

Fitness Center

Our complimentary fitness center, located on​ the 3rd floor next to the Business Center, ​provides state-of-the-art equipment with two Peloton Bikes and is ​accessible 24-hours daily with your room key.

Health & Safety Protocols

• IHG Way of Clean: developed in 2015 in partnership with Ecolab and Diversey, this program has been expanded with additional COVID-19 protocols and best practices by working closely with the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic.

• IHG Clean Promise: IHG Clean Promise: Good isn't good enough - we're committed to high levels of cleanliness. That means clean, well-maintained, clutter-free rooms that meet our standards. If this isn't what you find when you check in, then we promise to make it right.

• Face coverings are welcome, but no longer required indoors at this time. 

• Our team members abide by all health and safety guidelines and adhere to new industry standards.

• Hand sanitizer stations are placed throughout public spaces and meeting room floors. 

• High-touch public spaces (lobby, elevators, bathrooms, meeting space, etc.) will have increased frequency of our normal cleaning schedule per day and during peak times.

• Higher air quality control will be monitored with increased air filter replacements and cleaning.

• Superior cleaning products with a greater concentration of bacteria-killing ingredients (per CDC guidelines) are used in all guestrooms and public spaces to ensure we are exceeding cleanliness standards.
